Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Zones
  • We currently offer shipping within Singapore.
  • For customers located outside Singapore wishing to make a purchase, kindly reach out to us via email at hello@thecollarclubgrocer.com. Please provide a detailed list of the items you wish to order, including quantity, color, size, etc., along with your delivery address. We will promptly respond with a shipping quote.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Costs:

Orders without PetCubes item(s):

  • $56 & above - Free Delivery 
  • Order below $56 -  with  Flat rate of $6.50. 

    Orders with PetCubes item(s):
  • $130 & above: Free Delivery
  • Order Below $130: with  Flat rate of $10

    NOTE
    Delivery will be handled directly by Team Petcubes.
    Delivery date will be chosen by customer (The Collar Club team will be contacting you via Whatsapp). If no delivery date is selected, the order will be send out by default on the next delivery date, excluding Public Holidays.

    All PetCubes items delivery only available from Tuesdays to Fridays only. Deliveries will be made between 5pm-8.30pm.

    If there are any delivery instructions, do state as well. 

    A SMS will also be sent on day of delivery (between 11am - 1pm) to customer as a reminder. 

    Any changes to delivery address will be additional charge of $10 + GST
    In the event any changes to delivery window by the customer and the order needs to be re-delivered on another date, there will be a re-delivery surcharge of $20 + GST.

    3. Order Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed and shipped from our Punggol Northshore Outlet within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Pre-order items please refer to the stated date on the product's description.

    4. Self Pick Up Order

    You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for self-pickup, typically within 1-2 working days. Orders can be pick up within operating hours from our Northshore Punggol Outlet only.

    5. Out of Stock Items: 

    We will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If you are unable to wait for the stock to arrive, you can make changes to your order or request a refund via the same payment mode you used to purchase the item. However, do note that if the total order amount becomes less than S$56, a flat delivery fee of S$6.50 applies.

    6. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • We partner with reliable carriers such as NinjaVan and Lalamove, ensuring secure and timely deliveries.

      Note:

      • We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but actual delivery times may differ. 
      •  During peak periods (Promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer. Deliveries may be affected by factors that are beyond our control such as severe weather events or other postal disruptions.
